As an Analyst, (then promoted to an Associate Director after one year) managed the request for proposal and deal execution processes from start to finish for the West Region banking team. While in this role, identified a departmental need for an internal product to manage client touchpoint data and improve department visibility. Pitched and accepted a role to serve as an Associate Director of Strategic Design, with the Pipeline Database as my first project. My primary responsibilities included establishing the product vision & roadmap, conducting user research with internal stakeholders, fully designing and coding the Database using the limited resources available to the department, conducting UAT, leading the rollout and training sessions for the entire Department, and maintaining data integrity. This product reduced time spent on core manual processes from hours to just seconds with an emphasis on much cleaner output reports, and I earned a promotion to Director.
